biography

Danielle Avery joined Waldon Adelman in July 2024 as an Associate Attorney after being admitted to the Georgia Bar the same year. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Louisiana State University, where she also competed as part of the Women’s Track and Field team. Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University.

Before joining Waldon Adelman, she spent two years working in NCAA compliance, including a role with the University of Georgia Athletics Department when they won their second College Football Playoff National Championship.

Ms. Avery’s practice areas include insurance coverage, automobile liability, and civil litigation. Fun fact: Her family owns a private investigation company that specializes in investigating worker’s compensation and liability claims, giving her a unique perspective on these practice areas.
